We may use assessments to help identify the strengths contributing to your success and even potential blind spots getting in your way.

This initial intake process sets the groundwork for our subsequent sessions, where you determine the focus of each conversation based on your priorities and needs. You will effectively set your direction as we partner to create and capture your vision for yourself and your career.

Coaching allows you to take a breather from your schedule to reflect and engage in thoughtful discussion.  You can expect some sessions to be quite tactical as you address a particular issue occurring in real-time, while others will be strategic as you weigh options and next steps. But each session should leave you confident that you have considered alternatives, assessed motives and desires thoroughly, and crafted a solid plan for you to move forward.
